These terms apply to purchases and use of our store. Read them together with our Shipping, Return and Refund, and Privacy Policies.

Orders and use of the store

Provide accurate contact, delivery and billing details. If you are a minor, obtain any consent required from your parent or legal guardian. Before confirming an order, review the item, options, quantity, price, currency, delivery details and return conditions.

An automated order email acknowledges receipt of your order. If we discover an availability problem or an error in product information, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. We will not substitute an item or collect an additional payment without your agreement. Payments for items we cannot supply will be refunded.

Products, options and images

Refer to each product listing for its materials, specifications, size information and included accessories. Colours may appear differently depending on your display. Size information does not guarantee fit. Backgrounds, props and accessories in illustrative or edited images are not included unless the product listing expressly says otherwise.

Prices and payment

Product prices appear in the relevant listing. Available payment methods, the billing currency, shipping, taxes and the final total are shown during checkout. If anything differs from the product listing or is unclear, contact us before confirming your order. Payment processing and statement dates depend on your chosen payment provider.

Later price or promotional changes do not change an already confirmed order amount.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery availability, estimates and charges depend on the destination and product. Check the product listing and delivery options shown during checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details and the conditions for other destinations.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving an unused item to request a preference-related return. Eligibility, shipping responsibilities, exchanges, refunds and cancellation are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Accounts and prohibited use

If you use an account, keep your login details secure. Fraudulent payments, impersonation, unauthorised access, interference with the service and infringement of other people's rights are prohibited. We may temporarily hold an order or access while investigating suspected misuse.

Intellectual property

Website text, images and designs belong to us or their respective rights holders. Do not reproduce or redistribute them without permission except as permitted by law. Product names, brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Privacy and service providers

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Review the purchase details and any payment-provider terms before paying.

Responsibility and consumer rights

We remain responsible as required by applicable law. These terms and our other policies do not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

Changes will be published with their effective date, with any notices or other steps required by law. We will not use a later change to unilaterally impose less favourable conditions on an already confirmed order.
